In PKL eight, Pardeep Narwal flopped badly and UP Warriors lost for the second time in a row.
The Pune Regiment recorded their third consecutive victory by defeating UP Warriors forty four-38 in the seventy nine match of Pro Kabaddi League (PKL eight). With this victory, the team of Puneri Paltan has reached the eighth position in the table and the team of UP Yodha has remained at the seventh position.
UP Warrior's second consecutive defeat in PKL8
After the first half, Pune Regiment took a 21-18 lead against UP Warriors. Aslam Honder gave his team a good start. He not only scored three points by hitting Super Red but also two points by tackle. He was well supported by Mohit Goyat. For this reason, the Pune Regiment quickly got the UP Warriors all out. However, the UP Warriors also made a strong comeback and the Pune Regiment was all out before the end of the first half. The Pune Regiment held the lead till the end of 20 minutes.

Pardeep Narwal flopped in this match and he could get only 6 points. For this he was knocked out five times. However, for UP Warrior, Surender Gill scored the highest 16 points. Mohit Goyat (14) and Aslam Imandar (thirteen) from Pune Regiment scored the most points. In defense, Abinesh Nadarajan scored four and Sanket Sawant three tackle points.
